To specify the Microsoft Office documents that will be edited just press the "Add" button and then specify the documents.
To remove a document from the list press on the "Remove" button or select the "Clear" menu item to clear the list.
You can also drag and drop documents or folders on the list.
Press on the "Add Folder" button to add the contents of whole folders.
You can also press on the "Import List" button to import text list files. One filepath should be on each line. e.g.
c:\user1\documents\document1.docx
c:\user1\documents\document2.docx
c:\user1\documents\document3.docx
To edit office properties or add new ones, edit the list of properties found on the lower part of the screen.
Enter the desired value of the property in the "Value" column and the name of the property in the "Name" column.
If a property has a non-empty value then it will be changed otherwise it will be left the same.
To clear the property, check the "Clear" checkbox on the property row.
To delete a property, check the "Delete" checkbox" on the property row.
To clear all properties of Microsoft Office documents check the "Clear All Built-in Properties" or "Clear All Custom Properties" checkboxes.
You cannot delete built-in Microsoft Office Properties but you can delete custom properties.
To delete custom properties check the "Delete Custom Properties" checkbox.
To find and replace property values, select them on the list and then press on the "Insert Special" button.
Then check the "Find / Replace" checkbox and special the find and replace text.
You can also use wildcards and regular expressions for that.
To insert special text such as filename, date e.t.c. press on the "Insert Special" button and then check on the "Special Item" checkbox and select an item.
Finally, specify the output folder for the documents and then press on the "EDIT PROPERTIES" button and wait for the application to do its job.
Please do not interact with Microsoft Office applications during the process unless necessary.
The output folder will open after the process has finished.
When the application is first started it asks you for your desired user interface language.
You can also change the user interface language from the "Language" menu.
