How to specify documents that you want to convert word to jpg
To specify the Word documents you want to convert from doc to jpg :
Press on the "Add Audio" button of the main screen and then select the Word files you want to add. You can also press on the "Add Folder" button to add the entire contents of specific folders.
You can also drag-and-drop Word files or folders with Word files to add them.
To remove an Word file from the list, select it on the grid and then press the "Remove" button. To clear all the Word files from the list press the "Clear" button.
How to import list of Word files
To import list of Word files press on the "Import List" button of the toolbar.
One Word file path should be on each line of the list file.
How to specify Page Ranges
You can also specify in the grid for each word document page number ranges that you want to convert.
Page number ranges should be comma , separated e.g. 1-5,10,12,20-25 .
How to specify Options
Select "Options" from the "Options" menu to access Convert Word to Images 4dots's options screen.
There you can specify the output filename pattern i.e. how the output filename of the images will be.
In the textbox you can enter text and also the vsriables [N] for slide number, [DOC] for document filename, [DATE] for document's date and [DATETIME] for document's date and time.
Moreover, you can also specify the output image format and jpeg quality.
Final step to batch convert word to jpg
Finally, after you specify the output folder for the images, press on the "Convert to Images" button and wait for the application to do its job.
In the end the output folder will open in Windows Explorer.
How to change user interface language
When the application is first started it asks you for your desired user interface language.
You can also change the user interface language from the "Language" menu.
