The minimum system requirements are:

Software:Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, 2003, Vista
Hardware:PC with Pentium 300 MHz or higher , 256 MB RAM
Free Disk Space:40 MB
Live Internet Connection: For Registration and Translate using Google
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Runtime

The recommended system requirements are:

Software:Microsoft Windows XP, Vista
Hardware:PC with Pentium 1 GHz or higher , 512 MB RAM
Free Disk Space:80 MB
Live Internet Connection: For Registration and Translate using Google

Currently .NET Framework versions 1.1 and 2.0 are supported for visual localization.The next version of Localtransformer will also support XAML Localization.
4.I have translated my project but the characters of the output files do not look correct , what can i do ? Or the characters of the source file are not displayed correctly , what can i do ?
Change the output or source encodings of the target file. Select the target file node and right click on "Edit Target" or select "Edit Target" from the "Project" menu. In the new screen that will appear you can change the source and output encodings to the ones that are needed. For more information check the help manual.
