To specify the Excel presentations you want to convert from xlsx to video :
Press on the "Add File" button of the main screen and then select the Excel files you want to add. You can also press on the "Add Folder" button to add the entire contents of specific folders.
You can also drag-and-drop Office files or folders with Excel files to add them.
To remove a Excel file from the list, select it on the grid and then press the "Remove" button. To clear all the Office files from the list press the "Clear" button.
To import list of Excel files press on the "Import List" button of the toolbar.
One Excel file path should be on each line of the list file e.g. c:\documents\file1.xlsx
You can also specify in the grid for each excel document ranges of the excel sheet that you want to convert.
Sheet Ranges can be sheet number, range (e.g.. A1:C10) or range for specific sheet number (e.g. 3:A1:C10)
You can specify also the image transition effect e.g. crossfade, curtain e.t.c. that will be used.
Moreover, you can also specify how long each page will stay on the screen.
Additionally, you can press the "Browse button" to specify backgruund music for the video.
If you check the "Loop" checkbox then the background music will loop and will continue to play if the video is longer than the music duration.
You can also specify exceptions for the image transition effect that will be used and how long the page will stay on the screen.
Select the excel file and then press on the second tab "Exceptions".
Press then on the "Get Pages" button and wait for the application extract the image pages.
Afterwards, you can specify in the comboboxes of each page the specific image transition effect that will be used and how long the specific page will stay on the screen.
You can also specify the maximum image size that each slide should have.
Select "Image Size Options" from the "Options" menu to specify maximum image size for each slide.
Finally, after you specify the output folder for the video, press on the "Convert to Video" button and wait for the application to do its job.
In the end the output folder will open in Windows Explorer.
When the application is first started it asks you for your desired user interface language.
You can also change the user interface language from the "Language" menu.
