To specify the Word documents whose images you want to replace :
Press on the "Add File(s)" button of the main screen and then select the Word files you want to add. You can also press on the "Add Folder" button to add the entire contents of specific folders.
You can also drag-and-drop Word files or folders with Word files to add them.
To remove a Word file from the list, select it on the grid and then press the "Remove" button. To clear all the Word files from the list press the "Clear" button.
To import list of Word files press on the "Import List" button of the toolbar.
One Word file path should be on each line of the list file.
To batch replace image in word files based on their order in the header, footer or document body select first the second tab.
If the image is in the header check the "Header" checkbox, if it is in the footer check "Footer" e.t.c.
Afterwards, specify the order i.e. the position of the image in the header, footer or document.
You can also specify whether it is an inline shape, a shape or to process both types.
Moreover, press the "Browse" button to specify which image to replace these images.
In the end, press the "Replace Images" button and wait for the applicatio to do its job.
To batch replace image in word files by choosing which image to replace i.e. by choosing a "From Image" and a "To Image" select the third tab.
Then the unique images found in the added Word documents will get extracted and will be displayed.
Now simply, choose which image to replace each image by pressing on the "Browse" button and select the image file.
In the end, press the "Replace Images" button and wait for the applicatio to do its job.
When the application is first started it asks you for your desired user interface language.
You can also change the user interface language from the "Language" menu.
