How to change volume serial number
First make sure that you backup all important data of the drive you want to change the serial number.
Afterwards, run the application and select the drive whose serial number you want to change.
Then enter the new serial number and press on the "Change" button.
Hexadecimal characters are allowed only i.e. 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F.
Finally, when asked to restart Windows press "Yes".
When Windows has started again the volume serial number of the drive must have been changed correctly !
Command Line Usage

Change Volume Serial Number of Hard Drive.
VolumeSerialNumberChanger.exe [drive] [/newvol:"NEW_VOLUME_SERIAL_NUMBER"] /restart [/?]
drive : The hard drive whose serial number is going to be changed e.g. C:\
newvol : New volume serial number
/restart : restart Windows after changing serial number
/? : show help
